Resurrection Church is invited to join a local synagogue in Center City on April 6 at 1:30 pm as they host a conversation with the inspirational representatives of Standing Together. Sally Abed is a Palestinian Israeli and Alon-Lee is a Jewish Israeli. They represent people who have different stories and yet organize around a shared humanity instead of a political position. Standing Together is a grassroots movement mobilizing Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel in pursuit of peace, equality, and social and climate justice. The event is free but donations are appreciated to help cover the cost of added security. We need to let the synagogue know how many to expect, so sign ups are required.
