Roommate for a 2-bedroom apartment, West Philly

Hi there!

I'm looking for a female Christian roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment at 45th and Spruce. My current roommate is moving to be closer to work so her large 12 x 13 room will be available as early as August 1st (move-in flexible). Our apartment is really spacious with two bedrooms, an open living room, kitchen, back patio room, and shared bathroom. We have 12 foot ceilings and the total space is about 900 square ft. Rent is $620/month, which includes water, heat, and gas (a steal for the apartment and area!). Internet and electric are extra. We're also very close to the 42, 21, and 40 buses; Market-Frankfurt subway line; and 34, 13 trolleys. Move-in is between August 1st and September 1st.

A little about me: I'm a PhD student in music studies at Penn and am easy going, very clean, and neat. I'm friendly and work a lot, so although I enjoy having a few friends over every now and then, I'm not one to host many large parties. I'm looking for a roommate who's also easy going, clean, and neat. I also have a piano and ukulele, so hopefully you'll be okay with some music every now and then!

Extra details: The apartment is 1 of 6 in a large West Philly house with 3 floors. The walls are super thick so we pretty much don't hear our neighbors, who are really kind and respectful. Our landlord is also great and really responsive. He's often around the property and is very helpful with anything that comes up. If you'd like to see photos of the apartment, feel free to email!
